Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in dispensing medication.
• Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs while focusing on accuracy of each prescription.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to Kroger dress standards.
• Develop knowledge of the trade area and competition.
