CVS Health in Boston is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead dispensing and patient care, support the Pharmacy Manager, and ensure compliance with regulations. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, immunization services, counseling, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task over a period of time; pivot quickly to meet patient/business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner; respond to patients’ reactions.
• Communication Skills: use verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescription quantities, days supply, etc.
• Issue Resolution: handle challenging interactions and choose best action.
• Physical Demands: detailed physical and movement requirements for the role.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
