Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current licensure in good standing in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise the centralized intravenous admixture program with emphasis on chemotherapy preparation and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate and efficient preparation and delivery of TPN, injectable chemotherapy, antibiotics, and other IV medications.
• Review patient profiles and orders to prevent drug interactions and contraindications.
• Provide current drug information to health care professionals and patients to support rational therapy.
• Train and supervise technical staff, externs and interns in pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory for all drugs and ensure timely delivery of medications to inpatients and outpatients.
