You will lead patient care, immunization efforts, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate holds an active DE pharmacist license, an active NPI, and is prepared to work a 40-hour week with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active pharmacist license for the state where the CVS store is located.
• Active NPI on file and in good standing.
• Eligible for DEA registration; not on Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on safe use.
• Support immunization services and vaccinations as applicable.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
