Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for our closed-door long-term care operations in Troy, OH. This role emphasizes clinical accuracy, collaboration with the team, and timely medication delivery without the distractions of retail settings.

You will dispense medications, work with Pharmacy Technicians, and monitor patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety practices. The position offers a flexible 4-10 schedule and a generous sign-on bonus, plus

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree and active state license.
• At least 1 year of licensed pharmacist experience in a healthcare setting.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with intravenous admixtures and IV therapy desired.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referral prescriptions, preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians in preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Provide client care including patient follow-up and monitoring laboratory data.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Maintain safety practices and enforce policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all regulations related to pharmacy practice.
