Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist and registered to practice pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting facility staff and customers with medical-related issues and healthcare counseling.
• Supervise the work of Pharmacy Technicians and support staff on duty.
• Assist Pharmacist in Charge to train and manage Pharmacy staff.
• Maintain security of the Pharmacy department.
• Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations.
• Interact with physicians and nurses to resolve issues and review orders.
