Pharmacy Solutions Group (PSG) in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking an Overnight Staff Pharmacist to join our LTC-focused team. The role requires ensuring accuracy of prescriptions, providing healthcare counseling, and supervising pharmacy technicians on shift.

The incumbent will train and coach staff, assist the Pharmacist in Charge, and help maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, and high-quality patient care at all times.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Long Term Care experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Framework LTC software system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility staff and residents.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and support staff on duty.
• Assist Pharmacist in Charge to train, coach and manage staff.
• Maintain security of the Pharmacy department and comply with laws.
• Handle facility/resident issues and liaise with physicians/nurses.
• Review PCC (Point Click Care) for resident information.
• Support infection control guidelines and cleanliness of pharmacy area.
• Prioritize tasks and complete all duties timely.

Frequent independent judgments are essential.
