Remedi SeniorCare, a division of Clarest Health, operates a closed-door LTC pharmacy that emphasizes clinical accuracy and timely medication delivery. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will focus on high-quality patient care without drive-thru distractions.

The role is on-site at our Troy, OH facility with flexible 4-10 schedules, 3:00PM–1:30AM shifts, and a starting salary range of $120,000–$131,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree; active state license.
• Experience with LTC pharmacy preferred.
• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referral prescriptions and dispensing.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians in preparation and dispensing.
• Provide client care including patient follow-up and dosing support.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Adhere to Remedi's policies and code of conduct.
