Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join its growing long-term care pharmacy team.

This on-site position focuses on patient care in a closed-door setting and offers the chance to collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other health professionals in a stable, supportive environment. You will review orders, supervise dispensing, mentor technicians, and support quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active Iowa pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated professional with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required!

Responsabilités

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication questions and provide clinical guidance.
• Participate in IV and TPN preparation.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient care.
