Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a 24/7/365 closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Arkansas. This role offers a stable schedule with full-time hours and no on-call duties.

You will review orders, dispense meds, and apply clinical knowledge to support safe resident care across skilled nursing, assisted living, and group homes, working closely with another pharmacist on duty. The position emphasizes medication safety, teamwork, and a balance of clinical and dispensing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years pharmacist experience preferred.
• Active Arkansas Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications.
• Apply clinical pharmacy knowledge to support safe and effective resident care.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and facility teams.
• Maintain high standards for medication safety, accuracy, and quality.
• Provide professional and compassionate service to residents and caregivers.
• Work collaboratively with another pharmacist who is always scheduled on duty.
• Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
