CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations in a retail setting. You will act as a role model, coach the team, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining patient safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task over a period of time; pivot as needed.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Issue Resolution: resolve challenging patient or colleague interactions.
• Physical Demands: able to move, lift up to 20 lbs, and remain mobile.
