Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care and operations in a full-time role. Youll support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage inventory and workflow while driving quality care for patients.

You must hold an active state license, immunization certification, and maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice Pharmacy in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification from a recognized organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and demonstrate genuine patient care to customers and colleagues.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance and safety in the pharmacy.
• Manage inventory, profitability, loss prevention and workflow.
• Contribute to patient care programs and drive healthy outcomes.
