Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, and drive quality care for patients in our community.

You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee Pharmacy Technicians, and manage workflows, inventory and loss prevention while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service. A valid pharmacy license and immunization certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager and oversee Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and profitability.
• Lead patient care programs to keep customers healthy and engaged.
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
• Manage workflow, inventory and loss prevention within the pharmacy.
• Develop staff and foster a caring, collaborative team culture.
