• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values by providing safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as acting Pharmacy Manager during shifts and coach staff for performance.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager and serve as primary pharmacist on duty when needed.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
