Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time position at a CVS Pharmacy in Raleigh, NC. The pharmacist will supervise bench coverage, dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, immunize where permissible, and uphold safety and quality standards in daily operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate labeling, managing inventory, and collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain compliant, patient-centered care and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate prescription dispensing and counseling.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy during shifts and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Support immunization services and patient care coordination with the healthcare team.
• Maintain inventory control including cold chain products and workflow.
