Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow workflow procedures.
• Provide feedback on team performance to Pharmacy Manager as needed.
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products.
