Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe dispensing and accuracy.
• Provide counseling and immunization services to patients as appropriate.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager on operations and coverage.
• Engage with patients to improve health outcomes and access to care.
