Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Complete required training within designated timeframe
- Maintain patient safety through accurate prescription labeling
- Lead pharmacy team and support Pharmacy Manager during shifts
- Offer immunizations and support pharmacist-delivery of clinical care
- Ensure compliant pharmacy operations with state regulations
- Flexible scheduling to support patient care and business needs
- Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical skills through required trainings
