• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts and coaching the team to improve performance.
• Assuming Pharmacy Manager duties when needed and ensuring workflow procedures and safety guardrails are followed.
• Support inventory management with emphasis on protecting cold chain products.
• Provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
