• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and labeling to ensure patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient care, counsel patients, and support the pharmacy team.
• Assist with immunizations and supervise technicians on shift.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain products and compliance with regulations.
• Escalate issues to Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Support scheduling and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment.
