Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and model pharmacy practices to deliver safe dispensing and counseling.
• Supervise bench shifts and coach the pharmacy team on workflow and performance.
• Cover Pharmacy Manager duties when needed and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support immunization services and insurance/medication issue resolution.
• Maintain accuracy in prescription fulfillment and preserve patient safety.
• Oversee inventory management and cold chain protection.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with business needs and staffing requirements.
• Pursue ongoing clinical skills and participate in required trainings.
