Job summary

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.

• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills: verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate totals, days’ supply, and dispensing quantities.
• Issue Resolution: handle difficult patient or colleague interactions.
• Physical Demands: stay mobile and lift/move items as required.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
