Location: Central Pennsylvania

Schedule: 8-hour shifts (primarily days), variable days/afternoons

What Youll Do

• Enter, review, and verify medication orders accurately
• Dispense medications safely and efficiently
• Provide timely and accurate drug information to providers and care teams
• Document clinical interventions and monitor drug therapy through surveillance systems
• Oversee sterile compounding operations and ensure compliance with protocols
• Prepare high-risk medications, narcotics, and chemotherapy agents
• Manage drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-led consults per protocol
• In ambulatory care, participate in therapy decisions through recommendations and collaborative agreements
  
  

Who Were Looking For

• Bachelors in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Completion of PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of current clinical experience
• Licensed as a pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain
• Clinically driven with strong communication skills and adaptability across care environments
