Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy manager and coach staff during shifts.
• Cover pharmacist-on-duty duties when needed.
• Follow pharmacy workflow and safety guardrails at every station.
• Deliver empathetic patient care and resolve insurance/medication issues.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain and regulatory compliance.
