As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and are accountable for overseeing all aspects within your pharmacy, including:

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is maintaining your customers' and patients' health through patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

  • Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development needs

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 36

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $71.00 per hour

This range reflects the base hourly or annual salary depending on position specifics and may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
