Thrifty White Pharmacy in Cavalier, North Dakota seeks a Staff Pharmacist (#053) to provide clinical pharmacy services, dispense medications, and lead patient care initiatives. The role emphasizes top-of-license practice, patient engagement, and participation in ESOP-driven ownership culture.

You will deliver services including immunization support, MTM, and disease-state management while collaborating with nursing homes and retail patients.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy license with ability to obtain without federal sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Promote Thrifty White programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and enroll patients.
• Lead the team by coaching and maintaining high service standards.
• Organize workflow for efficient prescription filling and patient counseling, including clinical services.
• Develop LTC and Specialty opportunities through communication with care facilities and marketers.
• Dispense medications and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

A few of the primary responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Leads team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structures and organizes workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Develops and follows up on long term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of the nursing homes, group homes and assisted living residences.
• Identifies Long Term Care and Specialty business and communicates opportunities with Marketers.
• Dispenses medications, related supplies, and provides all clinical pharmacy services.
