Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Kansas City, MO. This 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serves individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs, with daytime hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and a collaborative clinical focus.

You will verify multidose packs, review therapies, and work with prescribers and nurses to deliver precise care. Experience in LTC is not required; we will teach you our model of care and systems.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and Missouri license
• Strong attention to detail and communication
• Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose packaging and MARs
• Collaborate with prescribers and nurses
• Review medication therapies and clinical concerns
• Maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers
• Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed
• Participate in medication reviews and clinical initiatives
• Work with the team to provide timely, accurate care
