Candidates must hold a Pharmacy degree (PharmD or Baccalaureate) and be licensed in Georgia, and Alabama or be able to acquire. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in GA and Alabama or eligible to acquire licensure.
• Graduation from a School of Pharmacy (PharmD or BA/BS in Pharmacy).
• Current and valid license to practice pharmacy (State Board of Pharmacy).
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in all aspects of pharmacy workflow, including data entry, prescription fulfillment, final verification, and dispensing.
• Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards for all age groups.
• Performs distributive duties: prepares, labels and dispenses medications; maintains inventory.
• Performs direct patient care activities: interprets orders, monitors regimens, provides education.
• Administrative activities: trains staff, documents activities, supports workflow.
