• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Oversee pharmacy operations and provide leadership in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription dispensing and counseling
• Administer immunizations and support patient care as part of the pharmacy team
