Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and provide guidance when the Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety through adherence to workflow procedures.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and collaborating with the health care team.
• Assist with immunizations and supporting pharmacy staff to learn and perform immunization duties.
• Assist with inventory management and protect cold chain products as required.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
