A newly opened community-based pharmacy in Kokomo, Indiana is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist to join their team. Located inside a full-spectrum primary care clinic, this pharmacy plays a key role in providing accessible medication to patients of all ages within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B program setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism

• Maintain records for prescriptions, inventory, and insurance claims

• Monitor controlled substance handling and drug storage protocols

• Support telepharmacy efforts when needed

• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager on daily operations

What We re Looking For:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License

• Immunization Certification

• Resume, references, verified license, and completed skills checklist

• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
