Assist customers with their pharmaceutical and wellness needs in a safe, courteous manner.
Reports to the Pharmacist in Charge.
Exempt position.
Requirements include a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D, a valid driver’s license for deliveries, ongoing training per Cosentino Learning Plan, and preferred knowledge of MS Office and retail pharmacy software.
Key duties include supervising pharmacy activities, dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions, compounding medications, managing pharmacy staff in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge, providing drug information, maintaining quality and security standards, managing pharmacy data and inventory, instructing interns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support customer service standards, operate equipment safely, meet productivity targets, communicate effectively, and handle customer complaints professionally.
Reaching, twisting, lifting up to 15 lbs, standing, walking, bending, squatting, and ladder climbing are expected physical activities.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, retail pharmacy, and holding a valid MO Pharmacist License in good standing
Must meet all licensing requirements for pharmacists in Missouri.
