Talent Solutions Partners collaborates with a growing independent compounding pharmacy in Richmond, VA. This role offers the chance to move beyond traditional retail and work in a patient-centric, personalized medicine environment alongside an experienced team.

You will contribute to 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding, weight management therapies, BHRT, veterinary compounding, and wellness initiatives while growing clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Virginia Pharmacist license or ability to obtain.
• Sterile compounding experience.
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Team player who helps a growing organization succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Participate in weight management therapies and BHRT.
• Engage in veterinary compounding and wellness/personalized medicine.
