Richmond Independent Pharmacy in Virginia is seeking a pharmacist to join a growing independent compounding pharmacy. This role blends community pharmacy with personalized compounding and patient care in a dynamic, growth‑minded team.

You will work with 503A sterile and non‑sterile compounding, BHRT, weight management, veterinary compounding, and wellness services while providing outstanding patient relationships.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain).
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Team player who enjoys helping a growing organization succeed.

Responsibilities

• Compound 503A sterile and non-sterile products.
• Manage weight management therapies.
