Qualifications

Experience: Completion of post‑graduate year 1 (PGY‑1) pharmacy practice residency, OR two (2) years of clinical pharmacy experience required outside of a completed training program as defined in the education qualifications listed below.

Education: Completion of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.

Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacy License in any U.S. State or Territory by completing necessary Board of Pharmacy requirements for the respective state of licensing.
