Duties

This position performs outpatient pharmacy functions for the full range of pharmacy services provided by FDIHB, including controlled, investigational, highly potent, high alert, look‑alike, sound‑alike, chemotherapeutic and other medications requiring special handling. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive medication management services in both inpatient and outpatient settings to improve clinical outcomes, prevent adverse events, and promote safe and effective medication use.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Experience: Two (2) years of pharmacy experience as defined in the education qualifications listed above.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacy License in any U.S. State or Territory, meeting all Board of Pharmacy requirements for that jurisdiction.
