Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Attend required trainings within the designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Support pharmacist-led clinical care and immunization services where permissible.
