Position Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be at the forefront of patient communication, developing relationships and providing quality care. Responsibilities

1. Provide pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling, and immunizations.
2. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and documentation.
3. Support business operations such as inventory control, cost savings, and customer service guidance.
4. Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities.
6. Mentor and lead pharmacy staff to deliver excellent service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent NABP certification.
