Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and a valid license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills, with a focus on patient safety and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, and document controlled medication use.
• Offer expert guidance to support customer health and business needs, developing and improving action plans.
• Lead and model excellent customer service, resolving issues within company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards, overseeing quality assurance and risk reduction.
• Maintain accurate records, support safety initiatives, and promote a culture of patient safety and quality care.
• Foster a respectful, ethical, and inclusive workplace, mentoring team members and strengthening team dynamics.
