Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations. The role also supports medication management in compliance with regulations.

You will work to maintain patient safety, HIPAA compliance, and high-quality care while collaborating with healthcare teams and stakeholders to improve outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent).
• Valid pharmacy license.
• ACPE-accredited immunization training completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and quality care through clear communication and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and HIPAA compliance.

Role Overview
