Role Overview:

This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.

  • Responsibilities: Dispense prescriptions accurately, support patient safety, enforce quality standards, promote compliance with policies, and maintain confidential records.
  • Patient Care & Safety: Create a culture of safety, communicate effectively about health services, and implement improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and operational policies through audits and process monitoring.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Model excellent customer service, mentor associates, foster an inclusive environment, and uphold high ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Requires a Bachelor's or PharmD degree, valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training. Preferred candidates have strong communication, leadership, and compliance enforcement skills.
