Desired Previous Job Experience:

• 1 year of retail experience
• Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Ability to handle stressful situations

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment to uphold a positive department image.

• Monitor inventory, schedule, and equipment operation to meet budget goals.
• Maintain security, sanitation, and recall policies and procedures.
• Follow quality assurance protocols, ensuring safety and accuracy, and address unsafe conditions.
• Keep accurate records for legal compliance, company policies, and reporting requirements.
• Organize policy manuals, reference materials, and equipment, ensuring staff familiarity.
• Display necessary signage for legal compliance and customer information.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the local trade area, customers, and competitors.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions to boost sales.
• Continuously expand personal knowledge and pharmacy skills.
