The Staff Pharmacist plays a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for patients. Responsibilities include supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. You will also focus on keeping customers and patients healthy through patient care programs.
