MAIN FUNCTIONS: Dispensing and compounding medications using pharmaceutical care skills, maintaining records as requested by regulations and departmental policy, providing drug information whenever appropriate or as requested, and consulting prescribers whenever needed.
EDUCATION: BS in Pharmacy
EXPERIENCE: Hospital/Clinical Pharmacy experience preferred
LICENSURE/QUALIFICATIONS: RPh license in New Jersey
