Strata Critical Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced perfusionist to join our Sayre, PA team at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. You will operate independently with full patient management during bypass and participate in our cohesive team of perfusionists.

Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 per year with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance up to $5,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are included. Training is provided to ensure a smooth start.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program.
• Certified by the ABCP or board eligible.
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).
• Ability to operate cardiac perfusion equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain infection control practices related to equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
• Experience with VADs and ECMO is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support a diverse case mix including CABG, valve procedures, and ECMO initiations.
• Ensure safe operation and quality control of equipment, techniques, and procedures.
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies and equipment to maximize efficient utilization.
• Contribute to departmental planning goals and assist the director as needed.
• Maintain quality improvement programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in 33% on-call rotation across the perfusionist team.

Strata Critical (formerly Keystone Perfusion Services, LLC) is seeking an experienced perfusionist with strong clinical references to join our established Sayre, PA team at the Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. We operate across one heart program with a cohesive team of 3 perfusionists delivering strong case volume with diverse clinical experience including ECMO initiations, and extensive valve and structural repair work.

The cases flow steadily with 3 efficient surgeons, keeping you engaged in active clinical work that keeps your skills sharp and current. The 33% call rotation across our team ensures you maintain work-life balance while building breadth of experience.

You’ll work as an independent perfusionist with full responsibility for patient management during bypass. We provide comprehensive training and orientation to ensure you’re prepared and confident from day one.

Location: In-Person at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital - 1 Guthrie Sq, Sayre, PA 18840
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience + $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Maintain quality improvement programs in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation, with call responsibility at 33% across the perfusionist team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or board eligilbel
• American Heart Association or Red Cross health care provider BLS Certification
