Strata Critical is seeking an experienced perfusionist to join our Sayre, PA team at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. You will handle bypass patient management as an independent perfusionist, with training provided and a 33% on-call rotation to maintain work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program.
• ABCP certification or board eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all perfusion-related services in collaboration with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing administration.
• Support a diverse case mix including CABG, valve procedures, aortic repair, and ECMO initiations.
• Ensure safe operation and QC of equipment, techniques and procedures.
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Contribute to departmental planning goals and assist the director as needed.
• Maintain quality improvement programs in line with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in 33% on-call rotation across the team.

Strata Critical (formerly Keystone Perfusion Services, LLC) is seeking an experienced perfusionist with strong clinical references to join our established Sayre, PA team at the Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. We operate across one heart program with a cohesive team of 3 perfusionists delivering strong case volume with diverse clinical experience including ECMO initiations, and extensive valve and structural repair work.

The cases flow steadily with 3 efficient surgeons, keeping you engaged in active clinical work that keeps your skills sharp and current. The 33% call rotation across our team ensures you maintain work-life balance while building breadth of experience.

You’ll work as an independent perfusionist with full responsibility for patient management during bypass. We provide comprehensive training and orientation to ensure you’re prepared and confident from day one.

Location: In-Person at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital - 1 Guthrie Sq, Sayre, PA 18840
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience + $10,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation, with call responsibility at 33% across the perfusionist team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on
• Retention Bonus: Eligible after 2 years of employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program
• Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or board eligilbel
• American Heart Association or Red Cross health care provider BLS Certification
• Safe and effective operation of cardiac perfusion equipment
• Effective infection control practices related to equipment operation
• Maintaining a safe environment
• Infection Prevention
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
• Experience with VADS and ECMO preferred
