Strata Critical Recovery is seeking a Staff Perfusionist to join our established cardiac surgery program at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. New grads are welcome and will find a supportive team to grow in a high-volume, diverse caseload.

Location: Atlantic City, NJ. Compensation: $150,000–$210,000 per year. Employment: Full-Time. Schedule: Days/Nights/Call.

Qualificações

• CCP credential or board eligibility.
• Licensed in New Jersey or eligible to obtain NJ licensure.
• Experience with CABG, valve procedures, and ECMO preferred.

Strata Critical Recovery (formerly Keystone Perfusion) is seeking a Staff Perfusionist to join our established cardiac surgery program at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. Whether you are an experienced perfusionist or a recent graduate just starting your career, this is an excellent opportunity to join a strong clinical program with a competitive compensation package and a genuine work-life balance. Our program performs approximately 375 open-heart cases annually, including CABGs, valve procedures, TAVR, and aortic surgery, with ECMO support as needed. On-call responsibilities are evenly distributed among the team.

Location: In-Person at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ
Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 depending on experience

Your Role Includes:

• Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 per year
