Job summary

Perfusion Solution Inc. in Minot, North Dakota is seeking a full-time Staff Perfusionist to join our clinical team.

You will operate cardiopulmonary bypass equipment, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with surgeons to optimize perfusion strategies. Applicants must graduate from an accredited perfusion program and be ABCP exam eligible or CCP, with strong cardiovascular knowledge and experience across diverse case types.

Qualifications

Perfusion Solution Inc. is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Staff Perfusionist in Minot, North Dakota! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive group of clinicians, playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during surgical procedures.
• Closely monitor patient vitals and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and execute optimal perfusion strategies.
• Conduct pre‑op assessments and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuously adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Stay current with evolving perfusion technologies and techniques.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited perfusion program and be either ABCP exam eligible or a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP).
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and critical thinking skills, particularly in high‑stakes environments.
• Experience with a wide variety of case types is highly valued.
