Overview

Perfusion Solution Inc. is hiring a full-time Perfusionist in Joplin, Missouri.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated clinical team to manage cardiopulmonary bypass during surgery, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments.
• Prepare equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Uphold high safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support cardiac procedures as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited perfusion program.
• ABCp exam eligible or currently certified (CCP).
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, with sound clinical judgment under pressure.
• Experience with a variety of procedures (CABG, valve surgeries, and ECMO) preferred; recent grads welcome.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $180K–$200K. Full benefits, 401k match, generous PTO, student loan assistance, and $4,000 annually for continuing education.
