Job summary

Memorial Home Services in Taylorville, IL, is seeking a Licensed or license-pending Occupational Therapist to deliver and coordinate comprehensive care for patients of all ages. A bachelor’s degree in OT is required, with IL licensure or pending licensure and an active CPR card preferred.

A driver’s license may be required; neurologic and orthopedic injury experience is desirable. The role offers a full-time daytime schedule, sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• OT licensure in IL or license pending with IDPFR on file; authorization to work in IL may be required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid IL driver’s license may be required per policy.
• Experience with neurologic and orthopedic injuries is desirable.
